SEE ALSO...

HNF-3β Antibody (RY-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 3-beta (HNF-3β), also known as FOXA2, in mouse, rat, and human samples using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), PAR assays, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and is raised against recombinant human HNF-3β. HNF-3β is a pivotal member of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, playing a crucial role in regulating gene expression during both embryonic development and in adult tissues. As a pioneer transcription factor, HNF-3β can bind to condensed chromatin, thereby facilitating the access of other transcription factors and influencing the development and differentiation of essential organs such as the liver, pancreas, and lungs. HNF-3β is indispensable for endoderm formation during gastrulation and plays a significant role in maintaining metabolism and glucose homeostasis. Dysregulation of HNF-3β has been linked to various developmental disorders and diseases, including diabetes and certain cancers, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and disease pathogenesis. HNF-3β (RY-7) antibody is available for multiple applications, including immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), making this antibody a versatile tool for researchers studying the function and regulation of HNF-3β. By utilizing anti-HNF-3β antibody (RY-7), scientists can gain deeper insights into the molecular mechanisms governing organ development, metabolic regulation, and the underlying causes of related diseases, thereby advancing our understanding and potential therapeutic approaches.
