Integrin αE Antibody (Ber-ACT8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Integrin alpha E protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Integrin αE antibody (Ber-ACT8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin alpha E, also known as CD103 or ITGAE, plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating the adhesion of T cells to epithelial cells, particularly in the gut.
