Integrin β1 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin β1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Integrin β1 antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin β1 plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, functioning as a key component of integrin heterodimers that consist of noncovalently associated transmembrane α and β subunits.
