p-Rsk Antibody (C-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ser 380 phosphorylated Rsk in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-Rsk (C-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The ribosomal S6 kinases (Rsks) are critical intracellular serine/threonine kinases that serve as important signaling intermediates in response to a wide array of ligand-activated receptor tyrosine kinases.
