SEE ALSO...

Pol III RPC32 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pol III RPC32 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pol III RPC32 (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pol III RPC32 protein plays a crucial role in transcribing small RNA molecules, including transfer RNA and 5S ribosomal RNA, which are essential for protein synthesis and cellular function. Pol III RPC32 protein is a core component of RNA polymerase III, one of three eukaryotic RNA polymerases, and functions vitally in maintaining RNA synthesis balance within cells. Disruptions in Pol III RPC32 activity can lead to various cellular dysfunctions and have been implicated in diseases such as cancer, highlighting Pol III RPC32 protein′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states. Using anti-Pol III RPC32 antibody (H-9) in research can provide valuable insights into RNA transcription mechanisms and Pol III RPC32 protein′s role in cellular processes.
