Pol III RPC32 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pol III RPC32 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pol III RPC32 (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pol III RPC32 protein plays a crucial role in transcribing small RNA molecules, including transfer RNA and 5S ribosomal RNA, which are essential for protein synthesis and cellular function. Pol III RPC32 protein is a core component of RNA polymerase III, one of three eukaryotic RNA polymerases, and functions vitally in maintaining RNA synthesis balance within cells.
